Q: Where do you provide your services?
A: We are an internationally operating company. We provide our services where needed. Our men and women are multilingual and have experience on all continents. Also we are very well capable to travel with you, we are not bound or limited to one place.
Q: To who do you provide your services?
A: We provide services to basically all people. We only do not provide services to criminals or people with immoral intents. We have rejected clients in the past who had unrealistic expectations of our services.
Q: Who will protect me ? Can I have information about specific agents?
A: You will be protected by the best. Yes, it is possible to have some basic information about individual agents, we can also meet before any services are provided. We can provide basic information but not complete CV’s of our people. They have worked for Royals, politicians and celebrities and for their safety the information has its limits.
Q: Who are your clients?
A: This is a question we are asked quite often. Our clients are Royal families, politicians, celebrities, UHNWI, NGO’s, multinationals and individuals. Please understand that we can not give names and details of our clients, this to protect their safety and privacy. It is very likely that you wouldn’t want us to give your name and details to the next person asking.
Q: What is the quality of your services?
A: Our men and women are selected from the best professionals that have worked for the military and police. They all have extended experience protecting people and assets all over the world working for governments and private companies.
Our system (the protocol, drills, procedures) is comparable to that of the best in the world and has proven itself under various circumstances around the world, from relative safe situations to the highest-risk areas of the world.
Q: What kind of people do you provide ? Do they have class?
A: We only provide men and women with clean criminal records. They have above average IQ and EQ and sophisticated interpersonal skills. They have worldwide experience that gives them a mature ‘Can do, will do’ and ‘no nonsense’ mentality that is needed to provide efficiency and quality.
Our people are good-looking, stylish and dressed according the rules of etiquette, they are very well capable of participating in a good conversation when desired. In other words; they are very presentable and you can take them to any event or location.
Q: Can my bodyguard be my driver at the same time?
A: Under certain circumstances that is possible, but in most situations this is highly impractical for you. We normally strongly advise against it and sometimes just can’t do it.
The reason for this is that a bodyguard is there for your protection and has to focus on the environment and your safety and not on the traffic.
Also the driver has to park the car and that takes time in most cities. Waiting for the driver to park (and later collect) the car is not really an option for our clients.
Going with the driver/bodyguard (just to not being left alone without him) to collect the car a couple of blocks away during a dark and rainy evening is not likely to happen either. So it is hard to provide you with efficient protection this way.
Q: How many hours do the bodyguards work per day?
A: We provide our services 24/7. But a bodyguard is only human too so we normally (there are exceptional situations of course) have a maximum of 12 hours per day so they are able to stay sharp and focussed for your protection. Being focussed constantly is very demanding and a tired bodyguard is not of any use to you.
We have a minimum of 6 hours per day.
Q: Do you work with partners?
A: Yes, we work with a selected group of partners. But we never cut corners or make compromises in quality. Our partners have the same level of quality and competence as we do. We demand the highest standards from ourselves and our partners.
Q: What are the nationalities of your men and women?
A: Mostly Dutch and some British or from other European countries.
Q: You are not the cheapest. Can you explain this?
A: Quality comes at a price. The old expression “If you pay peanuts, you will get Monkeys” includes a certain truth. The highly trained, experienced and therefore very skilled operators are there for your protection. They have gone through intensive training regimes and learned their skills under the hardest circumstances in the world’s most dangerous places.
They will go through great lengths to provide you something very precious; the protection of your life and that of your loved ones and to be able to live and work in safety. We offer highly efficient quality and have very competative rates.
When you decide that the quality doesn’t really matter, there are cheaper companies, but cheap always has a reason.
Q: Can a single bodyguard protect more than one person?
A: In some low-risk settings, Yes. But this really depends on the situation. You have to realise that groups of people always split up to do a variety of things and the bodyguard can only be at one place at the time. So it is highly impractical and we normally advise against this. When the risk is higher it is not possible.
Q: Are you flexible enough for my lifestyle?
A: We are very flexible. We provide tailor-made services and within reasonable terms every duration, location, timeframe and circumstance you can image can be changed. We will, at all times, do the best we can to provide you with what is needed and what you want.
When you decide to change your plans we are happy to improvise and make it all happen.
Q: Are bodyguards or advisors always dressed in suits? I really don’t want to draw attention.
A: You are the one that decides how they should dress. Full suit and tie are mostly worn when the situation (etiquette and convention) asks for it or when truly visible protection is needed (deterrence). Far more often our agents work low profile or even completely covert in order to attract no attention and to enable our clients to live and work as normal as possible.
Without a doubt they dress stylish at all times. Our agents are highly educated professionals that you can take to any occasion.
